SENS4 UNVEILS NEW  CERAMIC PRESSURE TRANSMITTER

Sens4 has released a series of ceramic diaphragm pressure transmitters designed for use in industrial and scientific applications. The product portfolio covers the range from 0 to 50 bar and offers absolute and gauge pressure measurement.

Ole Wenzel CEO of Sens4 says: "Many applications that we address with our temperature transmitter also have demand for pressure measurements and consequently the new pressure transmitter product line complement our temperature measurement product line. We have designed a modular product concept that enables consistent functionality, functions and options between the two product lines."

The alumina ceramic (Al₂O₃) ceramic diaphragm sensor technology offers excellent corrosion resistance. The PCM-1 transmitter is compatible with a wide range of aggressive, acids and solvents.

The IP67 enclosure makes the product suitable for use in harsh industrial environments.

The programmable output offers 0-10 VDC and 4-20mA signals and a switch functionality by use of a solid state relay for process control or surveillance.
