Service and Repair
Sens4 warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship during normal and intended operation for a span of two years. Should a product exhibit any defect covered by our warranty terms, we undertake the responsibility to repair or replace it.
Through 8D structured problem-solving methodology we focus on systematic problem resolution, collaboration, root cause analysis, preventive action, data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, standardization, and customer satisfaction.
Prior to returning a product to Sens4, a return material authorization (RMA) number must be requested and acquired. Additionally, for the safety of our employees, we mandate the completion and return of a declaration along with the unit, affirming its freedom from toxic, radioactive, biological, or any other harmful contamination or substances.
